HS 2.C 11 LITER is a 2-cavity automatic linear blowing machine with a nominal working speed of 2400 bph of 5 liters and can produce bottles with capacities ranging from 5 liters to 11 liters.
All major operations such as preform loading, closing unit movements and expansion bars are carried out by FESTO compressed air cylinders.
The preform conveying system in the heating unit relies on belts that stabilize and move the preforms by means of necks.
The assembled blowers can operate separately or in conjunction with the bottle decoder
